Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if these conditions are not met. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing outlets.paradise@gmail.com with a detailed description and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return Procedure

Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the error was ours.
